You're responsible for the food you prepare and serve. Follow safe food-handling practices, keep perishable food out of the danger zone (USDA guidance is no more than 2 hours at room temperature, or 1 hour above 90°F), and check every label for allergens. Our posts often include nuts, dairy, wheat and other common allergens. Ask your guests about allergies and dietary needs before you serve.
